Chef Marco Cerruti is a California native from Sacramento with a rich Italian culinary heritage. He has a Michelin Star and Worlds Top 50 Best Restaurants Pedigree. Chef Marco has traveled the world working at several of the best and most notable restaurants such as Noma, 108, Relae, and Baest Pizzeria in Copenhagen, Saison in SF, The Charter Oak in Napa, and The Kitchen in Sacramento. He has spent years in Italy training in the art of Pasta Fatta a Mano to create iconic primi dishes. With Chef Marco's vision, Tratt's dining experience aims to be as nonrestrictive as possible allowing for a casual or elevated dining experience, cooking honest food with the best possible ingredients.
